Lunch box fee is included to the accommodation fee. However the participants who don’t prefer to accommodate at the congress hotel, would like to buy lunch tickets via the website of the congress. Lunch box package fee is 75 Euro + 18 % VAT for 4 days during the congress. Please notice that due to wheather conditions during the congress dates and congress area, we would kindly suggest the participants to buy their tickets for the lunch box before the congress.

• The closest center for the restaurants and coffee shops is 20 min. far away from the congress venue
• Lunch Box ticket sales will not be available during  the congress

Registration fees includes; access to the scientific sessions, the industry exhibits and the congress documents (Final Program, Certificate of Attendance, Congress Bag, Congress Badge, “The Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery” for 64th ESCVS participants and “The American Journal of Cardiology”  for 11th UCCVS participants.) and Welcome Cocktail.
Official 18% VAT is not included.

Accommodation fees includes; Accommodation (bed&breakfast) for 3 nights (26-27-28 March 2015), lunch box, coffee breaks during the congress.

CONGRESS DINNER CRUISE ON THE BOSPHORUS

Congress dinner will be held on 28th of March on a private boat including a Bosphorus cruise. A fine dining menu including unlimited local drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be served during the cruise.

Dinner Fee includes:

• Transfer from and to the Hilton Bomonti Convention Center (Congress Center)
• Dinner menu and unlimited local drinks
• Bosporus cruise with an private boat

TRANSFERS

• Premium transfer service from Atatürk Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport to the congress center and vice versa will be provided for the congress participants upon request.
• Atatürk Airport is 30 kilometers far away from the Congress Center and it takes approximately 40 minutes by car.
• Sabiha Gökcen Airport is 45 kilometers far away from the Congress Center and it takes approximately 1 hour by car.
• Transfer fee (one way / per person) for Atatürk Airport is 85 EURO + %18 VAT; Sabiha Gökçen Airport is 105 EURO + %18 VAT.
• Reservations can be done through the online registration system.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• 70% of payment will be refunded before December 01, 2014
• 30% of payment will be refunded before January  12, 2015
• No refund will be made for the cancellation made on and after January  12, 2015
• All cancellation refunds will be made after the congress.
